The City of Clare has received a request from John Dillon of Dillon Properties Management LLC. on behalf of CBE LLC/TSC stores to transfer jurisdictional authority of property from Grant Township to the City of Clare per the terms of the Urban Cooperation Agreement in effect between the Township & the City. The property to be transferred is identified as parcel 015-027-401-07, commonly known as 10600 South Clare Avenue. A public hearing will be held @ 6 pm on Monday, February 5, 2024, at Clare City Hall, 202 W. Fifth St., Clare, Michigan, to receive comments related to the transfer request. Public comments will be accepted by the Clare City Commission at the hearing or in writing if such comments are received by the Clare City Clerk before 4:00 p.m. on the date of the scheduled hearing. The transfer request, property description related to the request, and the UCA are available for review by contacting the City Clerk @ dlyon@cityofclare.gov.
