The City of Clare Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, September 13, 2023, at 6:30 p.m. at Clare City Hall to receive public comment pertaining to a site plan application of the City of Clare, for the proposed construction of a new water well and a 200 sq ft well house to be installed at Emerald Isle, and a water transmission line to the city’s existing water plant. The Planning Commission will accept comments at the hearing or in writing if the written comments are received by the City Clerk not later than 5:00 p.m. on the date of the hearing. A copy of the site plan application is available for review at the City Clerk’s Office
